Decluttering at the wrong time is just wrong, but when it is done with intent and all parties joining in, then it is different. F and I are so with you right now, our bedroom has gone from being cluttered in the extreme to just containing a bed right now and I love it so much more like this....

I had a pair of pink trousers that were called my disrespectables that were well worn and patched and slowly shrinking up my legs. My Mum eventually threatened to chuck them if she saw me wearing them once more and so I hid them. But the bond was cut and eventually I threw them out myself....Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02335627965504673440noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5080475794073529159.post-22902642064617149832011-05-01T15:49:26.063-04:002011-05-01T15:49:26.063-04:00beautiful post. thank you for reminding me of the...beautiful post. thank you for reminding me of the importance of keeping things too.mindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06830395679731223913noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5080475794073529159.post-45340204937352310772011-05-01T14:57:32.720-04:002011-05-01T14:57:32.720-04:00this is such a lovely perspective :-)this is such a lovely perspective :-)sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03818420999930644450noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5080475794073529159.post-12466239388423602672011-05-01T12:45:17.939-04:002011-05-01T12:45:17.939-04:00I so understand this...I am so attatched in memory...I so understand this...I am so attatched in memory to things. I have even allowed them(things) to keep me in a state of stillness...I kept my mums house just the way she had left it for three yrs, I found myself as time passed getting lower and lower in depression...a friend suggested I cleanse the space of things, only keeping things molst dear to me, I did, slowly at first, it has been a year now and I can not believe how depression lifted the more I cleared the space....things are wonderful, but I agree it can be theraputic sometimes to rid oneslef of them...

love this post dear friend :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
